目的：观察菊芩苍耳合剂治疗急性鼻窦炎的疗效。方法：选择240例诊断为急性鼻窦炎的门诊病人，随机分为两组，对照组进行口服阿莫西林胶囊等西医常规治疗，治疗组在西医常规治疗的同时给予菊芩苍耳合剂每次100ml，2次/d，10d为1个疗程，治疗前后对照观察分析。结果：两组对急性鼻窦炎均有较好疗效，而治疗组疗效更佳，两组比较有显著差异（P<0.05)。结论：菊芩苍耳合剂治疗急性鼻窦炎有较好效果。
목적：관찰국금창이합제치료급성비두염적료효。방법：선택240례진단위급성비두염적문진병인，수궤분위량조，대조조진행구복아막서림효낭등서의상규치료，치료조재서의상규치료적동시급여국금창이합제매차100ml，2차/d，10d위1개료정，치료전후대조관찰분석。결과：량조대급성비두염균유교호료효，이치료조료효경가，량조비교유현저차이（P<0.05)。결론：국금창이합제치료급성비두염유교호효과。
Objective:To observe the efficiency on treating acute sinusitis by Juqin Xanthium mixture, Methods:240 cases divided in two groups, the control group was treated by oral amoxicillin capsules and other conventional treatment of modern medicine, the treated group was given each 100ml Juqin Xanthium mixture based on conventional treatment of modern medicine, 2 times a day, 10 days for a treatment course of treatment, before and after treatment were observed and analyzed. Results: The two groups had a better effect on treating acute sinusitis, better efficacy in the treated group, there were significant differences between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:The Juqin Xanthium mixture had better results in treating acute sinusitis.
