The base stations of TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA are always co-site and co-antenna system. The same antenna parameters should simultaneously satisfy the coverage performance of both TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA networks. It is a huge challenge for network optimization. In the co-existing period of TD-LTE network and TD-SCDMA networks, a joint antenna parameter optimization method based on road frequency sweep combined with automatic optimization technology in TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA co-antenna area is discussed. The method guarantees high coverage performance of TD-LTE and TD-SCDMA networks.
