为研究不同硒源及硒水平对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫功能和甲状腺激素水平的影响,本试验选用600头平均体重为(8.50±0.52)kg、平均日龄为(28±3.5)d的杜长大三元杂交仔猪,随机分成10组,每组3个重复,每个重复20头仔猪。1组为对照组,饲喂不添加硒源的日粮,其余9组为试验组,分别添加亚硒酸钠、酵母硒和纳米硒三种硒源,添加水平分别为0.3、0.5、0.7 mg/kg,试验期46 d。试验结果表明:(1)不同硒源及硒水平对仔猪平均日采食量影响不显著(P>0.05);与对照组相比,0.3、0.5 mg/kg硒水平的纳米硒组和0.5 mg/kg硒水平的酵母硒组仔猪日增重分别提高了10.24%、13.08%和10.45%,差异显著(P<0.05);(2)试验结束时,多数试验组仔猪血清IgA、IgG、IgM水平较试验开始时有所提高,纳米硒和酵母硒0.5、0.7 mg/kg硒水平组仔猪血清IgA、IgG含量显著或极显著高于对照组(P<0.05或P <0.01);纳米硒组和酵母硒组仔猪血清IgM含量分别高于对照组12.32%和10.13%,差异显著(P <0.05)。(3)纳米硒组中,0.5、0.7 mg/kg硒水平组仔猪血清T3含量与对照组相比,分别提高了23.08%和24.08%,差异极显著(P<0.01),并极显著高于亚硒酸钠各组(P<0.01);各试验组血清T4含量较试验开始时有明显的下降趋势,但与对照组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。

The objectives of this study were to investigate the effects of different sources and supplemental dosages of selenium on the piglets growth performance,and immunity function and thyroid hormones.Three different sources of seleni-um were sodium selenite,nano-selenium and selenium yeast with supplemental levels at 0.3,0.5 mg/kg and 0.7 mg/kg.The piglets fed on a basal diet without external Se sources were used as a control.Three trials were done.Six hundreds healthy D × LW × L hybrid piglets at the age of (125±3.5)days with average initial body weight of(8.50±0.52)kg were divided into 10 groups with 3 replicates of 20 each (10 males and 10 females) and fed on the experimental diets.The trial lasted for 46 days.The results were as follows:(1)The average daily feed intake of the piglet fed different selenium sources,the difference was insignificant (P>0.05),but compared with control group,the daily gain of 0.3,0.5 mg/kg nano-selenium groups and 0.5 mg/kg yeast selenium group significantly increased by 10.24%,13.08%,10.45%,respectively (P<0.05);(2)The end of the trial period,the piglets serum IgA,IgG,IgM level of most test groups increased,the piglets serum IgA and IgG level of 0.5,0.7 mg/kg nano-selenium groups and yeast selenium groups were significantly higher than those of control group (P<0.01 or P < 0.05);Compared with control group,the piglets serum IgM level of nano-selenium groups and yeast selenium groups were significantly increased by 12.32%,10.13%,respectively (P<0.05);(3) Compared with control group,piglets serum T3 level of 0.3,0.5 mg/kg nano-selenium groups significantly increased by 23.08%,24.08%,respectively (P<0.01), and significantly higher than that of sodium selenite groups (P<0.01).Serum T4 level of test groups decreased at the end of the trial and compared with the control group,there was no significant difference (P>0.05).
