本试验研究了丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养对肠道中沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、产气荚膜梭菌和大肠杆菌4种致病菌的影响。结果表明:丁酸梭菌对这4种菌均有明显的抑制作用,可使其菌落数下降3~5个数量级;鼠李糖乳杆菌可降低产气荚膜梭菌、沙门氏菌菌落数;丁酸梭菌与鼠李糖乳杆菌混合培养可使4种致病菌菌落数均下降3~4个数量级。由此可见,两种菌混合培养对4种病原微生物的抑制无协同作用。
本試驗研究瞭丁痠梭菌與鼠李糖乳桿菌混閤培養對腸道中沙門氏菌、金黃色葡萄毬菌、產氣莢膜梭菌和大腸桿菌4種緻病菌的影響。結果錶明:丁痠梭菌對這4種菌均有明顯的抑製作用,可使其菌落數下降3~5箇數量級;鼠李糖乳桿菌可降低產氣莢膜梭菌、沙門氏菌菌落數;丁痠梭菌與鼠李糖乳桿菌混閤培養可使4種緻病菌菌落數均下降3~4箇數量級。由此可見,兩種菌混閤培養對4種病原微生物的抑製無協同作用。
본시험연구료정산사균여서리당유간균혼합배양대장도중사문씨균、금황색포도구균、산기협막사균화대장간균4충치병균적영향。결과표명:정산사균대저4충균균유명현적억제작용,가사기균락수하강3~5개수량급;서리당유간균가강저산기협막사균、사문씨균균락수;정산사균여서리당유간균혼합배양가사4충치병균균락수균하강3~4개수량급。유차가견,량충균혼합배양대4충병원미생물적억제무협동작용。
This experiment was conducted to study the effects of the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lac-tobacillus rhamnosus on intestinal pathogens,including Salmonella gallinarum,Staphylococcus aureus,Clostridium perfrin-gens and Escherichia coli.The results showed that:the Clostridium butyricum significantly inhibited the number of these four types of bacteria and made them down 3 ~ 5 orders of magnitude;Lactobacillus rhamnosus reduced Clostridium per-fringens,Salmonella gallinarum colonies;the mixed culture of Clostridium butyricum and Lactobacillus rhamnosus made four kinds of bacteria down 3~4 orders of magnitude.The results indicated that the mixed culture of strains had no syner-gistic inhibition effect on the four kinds of pathogenic microorganisms.
