提出了一种新型粉末冶金含油轴承内孔的加工方法,根据粉末冶金含油轴承材料特点,建立了扩径变形区单元体力学模型,考虑材料扩径过程中的加工硬化以及静水压力在粉末冶金材料塑性变形与致密过程中的影响,通过主应力法推导出含油轴承扩径力解析式,并用自行设计的加工设备对铝基含油轴承进行了扩口实验,进一步验证了新加工方法的可行性及扩径力公式的合理性。
提齣瞭一種新型粉末冶金含油軸承內孔的加工方法,根據粉末冶金含油軸承材料特點,建立瞭擴徑變形區單元體力學模型,攷慮材料擴徑過程中的加工硬化以及靜水壓力在粉末冶金材料塑性變形與緻密過程中的影響,通過主應力法推導齣含油軸承擴徑力解析式,併用自行設計的加工設備對鋁基含油軸承進行瞭擴口實驗,進一步驗證瞭新加工方法的可行性及擴徑力公式的閤理性。

A new type processing method was put forward for powder metallurgy oil-retaining bearing holes.According to the characteristics of powder metallurgy oil-retaining bearing material, an unit mechanics model of hole diameter deformation area was established.Considering the material work hardening in the expanding process and the influence of hydrostatic pressure in deformation and densification process,a bearing expanding force formula was derived through the slab method,and an aluminum oil-retaining bearing was tested with self-designed equipment.The rationality and cor-rectness of expanding force formula and the new type method were proved by expanding tests.
