试验旨在探讨不同发酵豆粕在乳猪教槽料中使用对乳猪生长性能和肠道形态的影响。选择7日龄杜×长×大三元杂交仔猪72头,按窝别、性别、体重相近的原则分为对照组、试验A组,试验B组3个组,每组3个重复,每个重复8头仔猪,分别饲喂由普通豆粕,发酵豆粕A,发酵豆粕B制成的配合饲料。试验结果表明:7~21日龄,3组仔猪生长性能差异不显著(P>0.05);22~35日龄,饲喂发酵豆粕组仔猪的平均日增重极显著提高(P<0.01),料肉比极显著降低(P<0.01),仔猪的腹泻率降低,且饲喂发酵豆粕A仔猪与饲喂发酵豆粕B仔猪相比,日增重明显升高(P<0.05),料肉比明显降低(P<0.05),腹泻率也有所降低,小肠绒毛结构完整,黏膜肌肉层平滑肌肌纤维走向和细胞核清晰;在断奶后14 d的试验期内,饲喂发酵豆粕A仔猪与饲喂普通豆粕组和发酵豆粕B仔猪相比,每头仔猪可分别多收入3.76元和1.37元。

Experimental study has made to determine the effects of fermented soybean meal(FS-BM) on growth performance and intestinal morphology of piglets. In all, seventy-two, seven day-old crossbred piglets (Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire) were allocated, and randomly allotted by lit-ter, sex and weight to one of three dietary treatments as follows: control group, group A and group B; 3 replications of 8 pigs were used for each treatment. The control group was fed on a corn-soybean meal; group A was fed on FSBM of Heshi group, Bwas formula feed made of FS-BM from another manufacturer. The results showed that in 21 day-old, there was no significant difference in growth performance (P>0.05) between three treatments. During 21 days to 35 day-old, the average daily gain(ADG) improved significantly(P<0.01), feed conversion ratio(FCR) de-creased significantly(P<0.01), and the diarrhea ratio decreased in piglets fed in the FSBM com-pared to the controls (soybean meal treatment). Compared with group B, the ADG improved sig-nificantly(P<0.05) in piglets of group A, the FCR decreased obviously(P<0.05), the diarrhea ra-tio also decreased. Group A has complete structure of small intestinal villi and clear muscle fi-bers of smooth muscles in muscular layer of mucosa compared to group B. In 14 days after piglets were weaned, piglet in group A can make another 3.76 yuan in profit compared to he control , and 1.37 yuan to group B .
