目的:优化阿奇霉素分散片制备工艺。方法:以片剂的硬度、溶出度、分散均匀度及外观为综合考察指标,建立了一个优化的处方工艺,并对其稳定性进行考察。结果:选用黏合剂浓度为6.0%(w/w),黏合剂用量为45%(w/w),配制乙醇浓度30%(w/w),液体香精为1.3%(w/w)的处方,效果最佳。结论:该工艺研制的阿奇霉素分散片质量指标符合药典要求,生产工艺稳定。
目的:優化阿奇黴素分散片製備工藝。方法:以片劑的硬度、溶齣度、分散均勻度及外觀為綜閤攷察指標,建立瞭一箇優化的處方工藝,併對其穩定性進行攷察。結果:選用黏閤劑濃度為6.0%(w/w),黏閤劑用量為45%(w/w),配製乙醇濃度30%(w/w),液體香精為1.3%(w/w)的處方,效果最佳。結論:該工藝研製的阿奇黴素分散片質量指標符閤藥典要求,生產工藝穩定。
목적:우화아기매소분산편제비공예。방법:이편제적경도、용출도、분산균균도급외관위종합고찰지표,건립료일개우화적처방공예,병대기은정성진행고찰。결과:선용점합제농도위6.0%(w/w),점합제용량위45%(w/w),배제을순농도30%(w/w),액체향정위1.3%(w/w)적처방,효과최가。결론:해공예연제적아기매소분산편질량지표부합약전요구,생산공예은정。
Objective: To optimize the process for the preparation of azithromycin dispersible tablets. Methods:In order to conifrm the best formulation, we checked the hardness, dissolution, dispersible homogeneity and appearance of the tablets and their stability. Results:The best formula consisted of the binder at 6.0%(w/w), the amount of the binder at 45%(w/w), the ethanol at 30%(w/w) and the liquid essence of 1.3%(w/w). Conclusion:The quality indicators of the azithromycin dispersible tablets prepared by this process meet the requirements of Chinese pharmacopoeia and the process for their production is stable.
