在此以X射线透射衰减规律为基础,设计出基于DSP的X射线能谱数据采集系统。重点介绍用于能谱数据采集的硬件电路和软件设计,其中,硬件电路主要由前置放大、滤波、主放大、峰值保持电路组成,软件主要由TMS320F2812对经过预处理后的脉冲信号进行多道脉冲幅度分析操作,并最终绘制出X射线能谱图。本系统具有电路设计简单,采样精度高,抗干扰能力强等特点。

Based on the law of X-ray transmission attenuation,the X-ray energy spectrum data acquisition system based on DSP was designed. The hardware circuit and software design applied to energy spectrum data acquisition is introduced in this pa-per. The hardware circuit is mainly composed of pre-amplification,filtering,main amplification and peak holding circuit. The software is chiefly to analyze the preprocessed multi-channel impulse amplitude by means of TMS320F2812,and then draw the X-ray energy spectrum diagram. The system has the advantages of simple circuit design,high sampling precision,strong anti-jam-ming capability and so on.
