由于分组网络中,长期以关注数据流量为主,而忽视了信令问题对网络的影响,一定程度上影响了网络建设的准确性和针对性。各种低速数据应用的快速发展给网络带来了较大的影响,按照仅考虑流量需求的建设方式已不适合现阶段的业务发展。从分析网络现状入手,通过分析对比2G和3G在网络流程方面的差异,以及终端因素在业务流程中的影响程度,找出3G网络信令冲击大的原因及信令冲击的产生场景,最后通过修正网络模型,增加网络模型中新的模型参数,以指导后期网络规划建设。

Since the packet network mainly focuses on data traffic for a long time but ignores the impact of signaling on the network,the accuracy and relevance of network construction are affected to some extent. The rapid development of a variety of low-speed data applications brings a great effect on network,so the previous construction way which only considers the needs of traffic is not suitable for the business development in present stage. Proceeding from analysis of the present situation of net-works, the difference between 2G and 3G is contrasted,and the influence of terminal factors on the business process is ana-lyzed,so as to find out the reasons why the signaling of 3G network affects greatly on networks,and the occasions where the sig-naling impact is produced. The late network planning and construction will be promoted by modification of the network model and addition of the new model parameters in network model.
