目的：探讨断肢再植手术后肢体的成活率和临床疗效。方法选取自2012年8月至2013年4月在我院手外科进行断肢再手术的患者62例，回顾性分析其临床资料，评价手术质量和断肢再植手术的疗效。结果62个断肢成活60个，失败2个，肢体成活率为97%；所有患者在术后4~12个月进行了随访，对患者断肢再植功能进行了评分，37例优秀，18例良好，5例差等，2例劣等，优良率为88.7%，取得较高的满意度。结论断肢再植手术前必须要对患者断肢情况有详细的了解，术中要严格遵守操作流程，术后进行合理的护理，才能保证断肢再植手术成功，促使断肢功能尽早恢复。
목적：탐토단지재식수술후지체적성활솔화림상료효。방법선취자2012년8월지2013년4월재아원수외과진행단지재수술적환자62례，회고성분석기림상자료，평개수술질량화단지재식수술적료효。결과62개단지성활60개，실패2개，지체성활솔위97%；소유환자재술후4~12개월진행료수방，대환자단지재식공능진행료평분，37례우수，18례량호，5례차등，2례렬등，우량솔위88.7%，취득교고적만의도。결론단지재식수술전필수요대환자단지정황유상세적료해，술중요엄격준수조작류정，술후진행합리적호리，재능보증단지재식수술성공，촉사단지공능진조회복。
Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect and survival rate of replantation of severed limbs after operation. Methods 62 patients from 2012 August to 2013 April in hand surgery in our hospital were severed and operation, a retrospective analysis of the clinical data, therapeutic evaluation of operation quality and replantation of severed limb operation. Results 62 limb survival 60, 2 failure, limb survival rate was 97%;all the patients were followed up 4~12 months after surgery, the patients with replantation of severed limb function score, 37 cases of excellent, 18 cases good, 5 cases and poor in 2 cases, inferior, the excellent and good rate was 88.7%, achieved a higher satisfaction. Conclusion Must have a detailed understanding of patients with replantation of severed limb condition before operation, strict compliance with operating procedures to operation, reasonable postoperative care, to ensure successful replantation operation, promote as soon as possible to restore the limb function.
