目的：分析探讨自制医院配餐服务质量调查表的可行度，从而论证医院配餐服务对患者及家属的影响。方法自制了反映住院患者饮食问题带给家属的负担大小、医院配餐的方便程度、患者居住距离远近等三个方面共8个问题的简短问卷，并对此些量表的结构效度分析，对量表的信度分析。结果因子分析表明问卷设计与理论结果较为吻合，表明自设问卷具有良好的结构效度。总体量表的系数在0.70以上，表明总量表的信度较好，能够较为一致地反映出单一目的对象的属性。结论自制的相关量表是有效可行的，故值得做推广应用，其能为医院配餐服务的改善起到一定的作用，从而从更大程度上提高患者的生活质量。

Objective Analysis of self-made hospital catering service quality questionnaire of feasible degree, which demonstrates the effect of hospital catering services for patients and their families. Method The self-made relfect patients diet to family size, the burden of hospital food, living convenience with distance from three aspects such as the 8 question a short questionnaire, factor analysis and the tittle table, analysis on the reliability of the scale. Results Factor analysis showed that the questionnaire design and the theoretical results are consistent, showed that the questionnaire has good construct validity. The overall scale factor in 0.70 above, show that the reliability of the total scale is good, can reflect the single attribute objective object. Conclusion The relative amount of self table is feasible and effective, it is worth doing popularization and application, which can improve the hospital catering services play a role, so as to improve the quality of life of patients from a large extent.
