目的：观察喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法将2012年1~12月南通市通州区第三人民医院儿科112例手足口病患儿随机分为治疗组，对照组各56例，治疗组给予喜炎平注射液联合利巴韦林针剂，对照组给予利巴韦林针剂，两组同时给予常规治疗，比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组在热退时间，口腔溃疡愈合时间和皮疹消退时间上均优于对照组（P<0.05）。结论常规利巴韦林抗病毒基础上加喜炎平注射液治疗小儿手足口病可缩短病程，值得临床推广使用。
목적：관찰희염평주사액치료소인수족구병적림상료효。방법장2012년1~12월남통시통주구제삼인민의원인과112례수족구병환인수궤분위치료조，대조조각56례，치료조급여희염평주사액연합리파위림침제，대조조급여리파위림침제，량조동시급여상규치료，비교량조림상료효。결과치료조재열퇴시간，구강궤양유합시간화피진소퇴시간상균우우대조조（P<0.05）。결론상규리파위림항병독기출상가희염평주사액치료소인수족구병가축단병정，치득림상추엄사용。
Objective To observe the effect of Xiyanping in the treatment of children hand-foot-mouth disease. Methods From Jan to Dec.2012 in No.3 hospital of tongzhou district, nangtong, 112 cases of children hand-foot-mouth disease infants were randomly divided into treatment group and control group of 56 case, the treatment group was given Xiyanping injection Ribavirin injection, the control group was given Ribaviein injection treatment, all patients were given convention treatment.compared with the effect of these two grous. Results The time of pyretolysis, dental ulcen concrescence and delforescence in the treatment group was shorter than in control group. Conclusion Xiyanping injection add on the base of Ribavirin injection routinely in the treatment of children hand-foot-mouth disease can shorten the course, and worthy of clinical use.
