目的：对我院收治的56例老年胃癌患者的临床表现、病理特点以及手术治疗效果等进行分析与探讨。方法选取我院自2012年5月至2013年4月间收治的56例老年胃癌患者的临床资料。结果在56例患者中，4例行剖腹探查术，6例行胃空肠吻合术，8例行姑息性胃切除术，23例行根治性胃切除术，在术后并发症中，肺部感染3例，切口感染2例，占3.57%；吻合口瘘1例，合并心血管系统感染5例。结论掌握老年患者的临床表现、病理特点等，并根据患者的具体病情采取相应的手术治疗方式，积极有效的处理患者术后并发症，对提高患者的手术治疗效果有重要意义。
목적：대아원수치적56례노년위암환자적림상표현、병리특점이급수술치료효과등진행분석여탐토。방법선취아원자2012년5월지2013년4월간수치적56례노년위암환자적림상자료。결과재56례환자중，4례행부복탐사술，6례행위공장문합술，8례행고식성위절제술，23례행근치성위절제술，재술후병발증중，폐부감염3례，절구감염2례，점3.57%；문합구루1례，합병심혈관계통감염5례。결론장악노년환자적림상표현、병리특점등，병근거환자적구체병정채취상응적수술치료방식，적겁유효적처리환자술후병발증，대제고환자적수술치료효과유중요의의。
Objective To analyze and discuss the hospital treated 56 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer clinical manifestations, pathological features and therapeutic effect of operation. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer in our hospital from 2012 May to 2013 April were analyzed. Results In 56 patients, 4 underwent laparotomy, 6 cases received gastrojejunostomy, 8 cases underwent palliative gastrectomy, 23 cases underwent radical gastrectomy, in the postoperative complications, 3 cases of pulmonary infection, 2 cases of incision infection, accounted for 3.57%;anastomotic ifstula in 1 cases, combined with cardiovascular system infection in 5 cases. Conclusion The clinical manifestations, pathological features of the aged patients, and take the way of operation treatment according to the speciifc disease patients, treatment of patients with positive and effective complications, which has important signiifcance to improve the treatment effect of patients with operation.
