目的：探讨不同喉显微手术术式治疗声带囊肿的疗效。方法将104例声带囊肿患者随机分成两组，分别采用显微微瓣技术和传纺显微切除技术切除病变组织；于术前、术后7天、1个月、6个月应用动态喉镜观察声带形态、声门闭合情况及黏膜波变化特点，应用Dr.Speech4.0软件进行嗓音客观参数声学分析。结果采取声带显微微瓣技术治疗的病例与传统显微切除技术治疗的病例两组痊愈率差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。嗓音声学参数两组比较有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论显微微瓣技术治疗声带囊肿可彻底切除病变，又能很好地保留黏膜的完整性，利于发声功能恢复，是治疗声带囊肿的最佳手术方式。

Objective To study the effect of different microsurgical methods on treatment of vocal fold cysts. Methods 104 patients with vocal cysts were randomly divided into two groups,one group receiveing micro flap operation and the other receiveing traditional operation. Observe the appearance and waves of vocal cords, and the opening and closing of glottis by strobolarynocscope before surgery and 7days , 1 months, 6 months respectively after surgery. Analysis by Dr.Speech4.0 Voice acoustic objective parameters software. Result The cure rate of the two groups was statistical y significant (P<0.05). Conclusions Micro flap operation technique is the best way to excise vacal cyst, that can remove the vocal cyst without sacrificing mucous membrane, and helps resuming the voice better.
