目的：比较超声引导下PICC置管术与传统PICC置管术在神经外科患者中的应用效果。方法实验组使用超声引导定位穿刺血管；对照组使用传统方法。结果实验组超声引导下PICC穿刺23例，均取得成功，对照组18例，成功15例。实验组穿刺成功率高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论超声引导下PICC置管术较常规置管可提高置管成功率，减少并发症，减少患者痛苦，同时能满足神经外科危重患者治疗及抢救的需要，值得在神经外科推广使用。
목적：비교초성인도하PICC치관술여전통PICC치관술재신경외과환자중적응용효과。방법실험조사용초성인도정위천자혈관；대조조사용전통방법。결과실험조초성인도하PICC천자23례，균취득성공，대조조18례，성공15례。실험조천자성공솔고우대조조（P<0.05）。결론초성인도하PICC치관술교상규치관가제고치관성공솔，감소병발증，감소환자통고，동시능만족신경외과위중환자치료급창구적수요，치득재신경외과추엄사용。
Objective: To compare the effect of under the guidance of ultrasound for peripheral y inserted central venous catheter (PICC) catheterization and the traditional method of PICC catheterization in neurosurgery. Methods: Experimental group’s patients were applied with the guidance of ultrasound. Besides, control group used the traditional method of PICC catheterization under naked eyes. Results: Experimental group, include 23 cases, had al succeeded. 15 cases of 18 cases in control group had succeeded. The successful rate in experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: The PICC catheterization under the guidance of ultrasound has higher successful rate with less complications.It can relieve patients’ pain, and provide rescue measures. It is worth of being generalized in neurosurgery.
