目的：探究临床检验分析前质量对检验结果的影响。方法选取经我院诊断治疗的120例患者，并将其分为观察组与对照组，给予观察组严格、规范检验分析前质量控制，对照组采用日常工作模式，比较两组检验效果，及患者对检验效果的满意度。结果观察组患者满意度、检验结果正确率均明显高于对照组，且组间差异有统计学意义。结论规范性操作是临床检验分析前质量提升的保证；临床检验分析前质量保证是提升检验正确率的前提。

목적：탐구림상검험분석전질량대검험결과적영향。방법선취경아원진단치료적120례환자，병장기분위관찰조여대조조，급여관찰조엄격、규범검험분석전질량공제，대조조채용일상공작모식，비교량조검험효과，급환자대검험효과적만의도。결과관찰조환자만의도、검험결과정학솔균명현고우대조조，차조간차이유통계학의의。결론규범성조작시림상검험분석전질량제승적보증；림상검험분석전질량보증시제승검험정학솔적전제。
objective:To explore the clinical quality inspection prior to the analysis of test results.Method:Selected by our hospital diagnosis and treatment of 120 patients, and divided into observation group and control group, giving observation group, strict inspection before analysis quality control, the control group adopted routine work mode, compared two groups of test results, and patient satisfaction of inspection results. Results:Observation group of patients satisfaction, inspection results accuracy were significantly higher than that of control group, and the difference between groups was statistical y significant.Conclusion:Normative operation is the guarantee of clinical inspection prior to the analysis of quality improvement; Clinical inspection prior to the analysis of quality assurance is the premise to improve inspection rate of correct.
