目的：探讨金丹妇炎康胶囊对苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎的作用。方法 SD大鼠，腹腔注射10%乌拉坦10ml/kg麻醉后，向子宫内注入25%苯酚胶浆0.2m l造模。次日灌胃给药，连续给药21d，取血测定血液流变学各项指标，包括全血粘度（低切、中切、高切）和血浆粘度，然后处死大鼠，取子宫置10%甲醛中固定，进行组织切片，H E染色，光学显微镜下观察组织病理变化。比较药物组与模型对照组差异的显著性。结果大鼠子宫内注入苯酚胶后，子宫内膜上皮可见水肿及空泡样改变，固有层可见大量炎症细胞浸润及毛细血管扩张，全血粘度及血浆粘度增高，给予金丹妇炎康胶囊或妇科千金片，能明显减轻子宫组织病变程度，促进组织修复。降低全血粘度降低及血浆粘度。结论金丹妇炎康胶囊对苯酚胶浆致大鼠慢性盆腔炎具有治疗作用。
목적：탐토금단부염강효낭대분분효장치대서만성분강염적작용。방법 SD대서，복강주사10%오랍탄10ml/kg마취후，향자궁내주입25%분분효장0.2m l조모。차일관위급약，련속급약21d，취혈측정혈액류변학각항지표，포괄전혈점도（저절、중절、고절）화혈장점도，연후처사대서，취자궁치10%갑철중고정，진행조직절편，H E염색，광학현미경하관찰조직병리변화。비교약물조여모형대조조차이적현저성。결과대서자궁내주입분분효후，자궁내막상피가견수종급공포양개변，고유층가견대량염증세포침윤급모세혈관확장，전혈점도급혈장점도증고，급여금단부염강효낭혹부과천금편，능명현감경자궁조직병변정도，촉진조직수복。강저전혈점도강저급혈장점도。결론금단부염강효낭대분분효장치대서만성분강염구유치료작용。
Objective: To study the effects of Jin Dan Fu Yan Kang on rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID), which caused by phenol mucilage. Methods: Firstly, the SD rats are anaesthetized by intraperitoneal injection with 10% urethane solution (10ml/kg). The models of CPID were made by injection of 0.2ml of 25% phenol mucilage into uterus of rats. Then start fil ing rats’ stomachs with drugs from the next day, and continue this step for 21 days. Then take the blood sample and measure the hemorheology indexes, including blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. After that, execute the rats, take the uterus and put it into 10% methanol solution to take tissue slice. Then do the HE stain and observe the pathological changes under optical microscope. Lastly, compare the result of drugged samples with the result of reference samples. Results: After injecting of 0.2ml of 25% phenol mucilage into uterus, there were some blisters appear on the epithelium on the rats’ endometria. Lamina propria showed inflammatory cellinfiltration and telangiectasia. And there were some increases on blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Jin Dan Fu Yan Kang or Fu Ke Qian Jin Pian significantly reduced the uterine tissue lesion, helped improving tissue repair, and reduced the blood viscosity and plasma viscosity. Conclusion: Jin Dan Fu Yan Kang has therapeutical effects on rats with chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (CPID), which caused by phenol mucilage.
