目的:探讨总免疫球蛋白E(TIgE)检测在婴幼儿喘息性疾病诊断中的临床应用价值。方法采用微粒子化学发光法对在我院儿科住院的460例婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿和40例健康儿童进行TIgE检测。结果在460例婴幼儿喘息性疾病患儿中有42例患儿TIgE结果显著升高。对42例TIgE结果异常患儿标本进行特异性免疫球蛋白E(SIgE)检测,其中34例患儿标本SIgE结果显著升高;8例SIgE结果无显著变化。但临床对42例患儿在原有治疗方案中增加脱敏治疗后都取得了显著的临床疗效。结论对婴幼儿喘息性疾病进行TIgE检测,有助于临床诊断婴幼儿喘息性疾病是否存在呼吸道变态反应,以便临床采取有效的治疗手段。

목적:탐토총면역구단백E(TIgE)검측재영유인천식성질병진단중적림상응용개치。방법채용미입자화학발광법대재아원인과주원적460례영유인천식성질병환인화40례건강인동진행TIgE검측。결과재460례영유인천식성질병환인중유42례환인TIgE결과현저승고。대42례TIgE결과이상환인표본진행특이성면역구단백E(SIgE)검측,기중34례환인표본SIgE결과현저승고;8례SIgE결과무현저변화。단림상대42례환인재원유치료방안중증가탈민치료후도취득료현저적림상료효。결론대영유인천식성질병진행TIgE검측,유조우림상진단영유인천식성질병시부존재호흡도변태반응,이편림상채취유효적치료수단。
Objective To investigate detection of total immunoglobulin E (TIgE) in diagnosis of wheezing diseases in infants for clinical significance. Methods 460 cases of infants with wheezing diseases from our hospital pediatric inpatient and 40 cases of healthy children were detected TIgE by using microparticle chemiluminescence . Result 42 children patients’ total IgE results signify-cantly increased in 460 case of wheezing diseases in infants . 32 children patients’ specific immunoglobulin E (SIgE) results significantly increased in 42 cases of TIgE results significantly increased. Others 8 cases of SIgE results no significantly changed. But to 42 children with TIgE results rising add desensitization therapy in original treatment clinical effect is remarkable. Conclusion: TIgE were detected for diagnosis of wheezing diseases in infants . Which is helpful to clinical diagnosis whether there are respiratory al ergic reaction in diagnosis of wheezing diseases in infants . So that the clinical take effective treatments.
