对18例不明原因的腹水病人进行腹膜活检。诊断率为72.2%，其中结核性腹膜炎7例，腹膜间皮瘤2例，腹膜转移癌4例，5例未获得诊断。作者认为，腹膜活检术具有操作简单，经济、实用的优点，适用于各种层次医院开展。
