在四种不同形式的套管式换热管中对二氧化碳的换热性能进行了实验研究。结果表明:在质量流量不变的条件下,不同的压力和入口温度下超临界二氧化碳在单直管内的局部换热系数随着温度的降低先升高后降低;对于不同的管型,相同的压力和进水温度条件下二氧化碳在三直管和双螺旋内管的换热量基本相同,两者出水温度的变化也相同;单螺旋内套管在出水温度、换热量、换热系数等各项换热性能指标都比单直管好,双螺旋管内的换热系数高于三直管,从而得出螺旋套管的换热性能优于直套管换热管。

A series of experim ents on heat transfer properties of carbon dioxide in four different casing tubes w ere conducted.The experim entalresults indicate thatin the conditions thatthe m ass flow is constant,the localheattransfer coefficient of supercritical carbon dioxide w ithin a single straight tube under different pressure and inlet tem perature firstly increased and then decreased w ith the tem perature decreasing.Fordifferenttubes,the exchanging heatquantity of the carbon dioxide in the tribalstraighttube and double helix tube atthe sam e pressure and entering w ater tem perature is basically the sam e and the variation of the output w ater tem perature is also the sam e. T he param eters of heat transfer perform ance such as the output w ater tem perature, the exchanging heat quantity in the single helix tube are better than thatin the single straighttube and the heattransfercoefficientofthe supercriticalcarbon dioxide in the double helix tube is higher than that in the tribal straight tube. T he heat transfer perform ance of the helix tube is superior to that of the straighttube by the experim entalresults.
