高职院校经过“示范”项目，师资队伍建设取得了显著成效，但随着高职教育改革，要确保人才培养质量和学校的未来走向，必须构建合理的师资队伍建设体系，文章结合新疆“示范”高职院校师资队伍建设现状、路径和特征，通过目标体系、考评体系、制度体系等建设，探析高职师资队伍的建设体系，确保高职教育稳定健康发展。
高職院校經過“示範”項目，師資隊伍建設取得瞭顯著成效，但隨著高職教育改革，要確保人纔培養質量和學校的未來走嚮，必鬚構建閤理的師資隊伍建設體繫，文章結閤新疆“示範”高職院校師資隊伍建設現狀、路徑和特徵，通過目標體繫、攷評體繫、製度體繫等建設，探析高職師資隊伍的建設體繫，確保高職教育穩定健康髮展。
고직원교경과“시범”항목，사자대오건설취득료현저성효，단수착고직교육개혁，요학보인재배양질량화학교적미래주향，필수구건합리적사자대오건설체계，문장결합신강“시범”고직원교사자대오건설현상、로경화특정，통과목표체계、고평체계、제도체계등건설，탐석고직사자대오적건설체계，학보고직교육은정건강발전。
With the rapid development of higher vocational education, a team of excellent teaching staff will have to be formed in each vocational college so as to guarantee the high teaching quality. The paper analyzes the status of teaching staff construction of vocational colleges in Xinjiang in the process of“modeling school”construction, including construc-tion status, route and characteristics, and tends to explore the formation system of the excellent teaching staff of vocational colleges by discussing the construction of goal system, assessment system and management system.
