目前高职院校体验式培训评估大多注重学生的现场反应而忽视培训长期效果,导致学校制定的体验式培训方案重形式而轻效果。本文在柯克帕特里克的四层评估模型理论指导下,总结并科学设计了三套高职院校体验式培训方案,并运用文献资料、访谈、问卷调查等方法,对三种培训方案的现场反应及后期的行为、结果层次进行定量分析,为进一步探索高职院校体验式培训方案提供参考。

Nowadays, more higher vocational schools focus on students’on-site reaction and ignore the long-term effect when they carry out experience-based training, which arouses people’s attention to the form of training instead of the ef-fect. Under the guidance of the four-level evaluation model of Kirk Patrick, the author of the paper designs three sets of higher vocational school experience-based training schemes. The paper makes a quantitative analysis of the experimental result in students’on-site reaction, later behavior and consequent levels together with such methods as literature review, interview and questionnaire, hoping to provide reference for the further exploration of experience-based training in higher vocational schools.
