目的：探讨综合护理干预对骨肉瘤患者心理状况及生存质量的影响。方法将120例骨肉瘤患者随机分为对照组和干预组，各60例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予综合护理干预；比较两组患者的满意度、焦虑、抑郁、生活质量等指标。结果实施综合护理干预后，干预组的技术水平、健康教育、服务态度、心理支持、综合满意度等均明显高于对照组（P＜0．05）。干预前，干预组的SAS、SDS得分与对照组的差别均无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；干预后，干预组的SAS、SDS得分均明显低于对照组（P＜0．01）。干预前，干预组的生活质量各维度指标与对照组比较差别无统计学意义（P＞0.05）；干预后，干预组的躯体功能、角色功能、情绪功能、认知功能、社会功能等维度指标得分均明显高于对照组（ P＜0.01）。结论骨肉瘤患者实施综合护理干预，可提高患者满意度，缓解心理压力，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토종합호리간예대골육류환자심리상황급생존질량적영향。방법장120례골육류환자수궤분위대조조화간예조，각60례，대조조급여상규호리，간예조급여종합호리간예；비교량조환자적만의도、초필、억욱、생활질량등지표。결과실시종합호리간예후，간예조적기술수평、건강교육、복무태도、심리지지、종합만의도등균명현고우대조조（P＜0．05）。간예전，간예조적SAS、SDS득분여대조조적차별균무통계학의의（P＞0．05）；간예후，간예조적SAS、SDS득분균명현저우대조조（P＜0．01）。간예전，간예조적생활질량각유도지표여대조조비교차별무통계학의의（P＞0.05）；간예후，간예조적구체공능、각색공능、정서공능、인지공능、사회공능등유도지표득분균명현고우대조조（ P＜0.01）。결론골육류환자실시종합호리간예，가제고환자만의도，완해심리압력，제고생활질량。
Objective To explore psychological status and life quality of comprehensive nursing intervention of osteosar-coma patients .Methods 120 cases of osteosarcoma were randomly divided into two groups such as control group and interven-tion group, respectively 60 cases.The control group was carried out normal nursing, and the intervention group was given com-prehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction degree, anxiety, depression and life quality indexes were compared between the two groups.Results After comprehensive nursing intervention, technical level, health education, service attitude, psychologi-cal support and comprehensive satisfaction degree in the intervention group were much higher than the control group (P<0.05). After intervention, SAS score and SDS score in the intervention group were much lower than the control group (P<0.01), but no statistical significance between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).The scores of physical function, role function, e-motion function, cognition function and society function in the intervention group were much higher than the control group ( P<0.01).But there was not statistical significance between the two groups before intervention (P>0.05).Conclusion Osteosar-coma patients carrying out comprehensive nursing intervention, it might raise satisfaction degree of patients, relieve mental stress and raise life quality.
