采用火焰原子吸收光谱法,用浓硝酸和过氧化氢消解样品,再采用标准曲线法测定了马齿菜中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn四种微量元素.在优化的仪器工作条件下,可分别测定马齿菜中的四种微量元素,不相互干扰,此法的回收率在96.4%~104%之间.该方法操作简单、准确度较高,测定结果令人满意.
採用火燄原子吸收光譜法,用濃硝痠和過氧化氫消解樣品,再採用標準麯線法測定瞭馬齒菜中Cu、Fe、Mn、Zn四種微量元素.在優化的儀器工作條件下,可分彆測定馬齒菜中的四種微量元素,不相互榦擾,此法的迴收率在96.4%~104%之間.該方法操作簡單、準確度較高,測定結果令人滿意.

Microelements of Cu, Fe, Mn and Zn are measured in purslane by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Sample is digested with HNO3 and H2O2, and then determined by calibration curve method. The four microelements can be determined and does not interfere with each other under the optimized conditions. The recovery is in 96.4%~104%. The method is simple and accurate, and the measurement results are satisfactory.
