国内动漫产业的发展需要培养一批具备研发、创新等能力的复合型人才，校企联合培养是必由之路。然而目前国内缺乏成熟的可持续发展模式。要实现校企合作的可持续发展，必须建立共赢机制和激励约束机制，构建完善的动漫人才培养体系。
