Firstly, this paper introduced the concepts of cement asphalt mortar, briefly explained technical requirements of the constitutive materials of emulsified asphalt, and discussed the latest domestic research progress. And then, analysis was made on the effect of emulsified asphalt on cement asphalt mortar in terms of its intensity, freeze-thaw durability and fatigue behavior. Finally, the author own view to the future developing trend of specialized emulsified asphalt were put forward.
