在高等院校开展职业健康与安全教育不仅是重要的，而且是必要的。高等院校的职业健康与安全教育不能仅仅局限于学习、生活中的安全教育，而更应该从职业、就业的层面展开，为学生创造和谐稳定的发展环境。知识体系教育、规范教育和安全心理教育是该项教育的三个重要方面。

재고등원교개전직업건강여안전교육불부시중요적，이차시필요적。고등원교적직업건강여안전교육불능부부국한우학습、생활중적안전교육，이경응해종직업、취업적층면전개，위학생창조화해은정적발전배경。지식체계교육、규범교육화안전심리교육시해항교육적삼개중요방면。
It is not only significant but also indispensable to carry out occupational health and safety education in colleges and universities. The occupational health and safety education in colleges and universities should not be limited to the safety education in a study setting or in daily life. The education should be carried out from the perspectives of occupation and employment, which provides for the students a harmonious and stable environment of development. The three essential elements for the education are knowledge system, standardized practice, and safety psychology.
