通过测定水泥胶砂不同龄期干缩率,分别研究了石灰石粉、粉煤灰单掺以及石灰石粉和粉煤灰双掺对水泥胶砂干燥收缩性能的影响。结果表明:随着石灰石粉掺量增加,胶砂干燥收缩先增大后减小,石灰石粉掺量为10%左右时胶砂干燥收缩最大;胶砂干燥收缩随粉煤灰掺量增加先减小后增大,粉煤灰掺量10%左右时,胶砂干燥收缩最小;石灰石粉掺量一定时掺入粉煤灰可以减小胶砂干燥收缩。
通過測定水泥膠砂不同齡期榦縮率,分彆研究瞭石灰石粉、粉煤灰單摻以及石灰石粉和粉煤灰雙摻對水泥膠砂榦燥收縮性能的影響。結果錶明:隨著石灰石粉摻量增加,膠砂榦燥收縮先增大後減小,石灰石粉摻量為10%左右時膠砂榦燥收縮最大;膠砂榦燥收縮隨粉煤灰摻量增加先減小後增大,粉煤灰摻量10%左右時,膠砂榦燥收縮最小;石灰石粉摻量一定時摻入粉煤灰可以減小膠砂榦燥收縮。
통과측정수니효사불동령기간축솔,분별연구료석회석분、분매회단참이급석회석분화분매회쌍참대수니효사간조수축성능적영향。결과표명:수착석회석분참량증가,효사간조수축선증대후감소,석회석분참량위10%좌우시효사간조수축최대;효사간조수축수분매회참량증가선감소후증대,분매회참량10%좌우시,효사간조수축최소;석회석분참량일정시참입분매회가이감소효사간조수축。
In this paper, the effect of only addition of ground limestone or fly ash and double addition of ground limestone and fly ash on cement mortar were studied by testing dry shrinkage at different ages. The results indicated that the dry shrinkage of mortar increase with ground limestone content increasing at first, when the replacement of ground limestone was about up to 10%, the dry shrinkage achieved maximum. Fly ash could decrease the dry shrinkage of mortar at first, the replacement of fly ash was up to 10%, the dry shrinkage achieved minimum, then the replacement of fly ash increased, the dry shrinkage increased. The addition of fly ash could effectively decrease the dry shrinkage when the replacement of ground limestone was not changed.
