以酸和碱为改性剂,制备改性粉煤灰。考察了不同反应条件改性粉煤灰作为粒子电极对甲基橙染料废水脱色率的影响。试验结果表明:在室温下反应时间为15 min、甲基橙初始浓度为100 mg/L、改性剂用量为10 g/L、电流密度为95 mA/cm2、0.48 g NaCl 的最佳条件下,甲基橙的脱色率高达96.21%;在最佳反应条件下电解65 min,COD 去除率可达76.8%。

이산화감위개성제,제비개성분매회。고찰료불동반응조건개성분매회작위입자전겁대갑기등염료폐수탈색솔적영향。시험결과표명:재실온하반응시간위15 min、갑기등초시농도위100 mg/L、개성제용량위10 g/L、전류밀도위95 mA/cm2、0.48 g NaCl 적최가조건하,갑기등적탈색솔고체96.21%;재최가반응조건하전해65 min,COD 거제솔가체76.8%。
Modified fly ash was prepared with acid and alkali as modifier. The influence of modified fly ash as a particle electrode at different reaction conditions on methyl orange dye wastewater decolorizing rate. The results showed that the methyl orange decolorizing rate was up to 96.21%under the conditions of room temperature, 15min reaction time, initial methyl orange concentration for 100 mg/L, modification agent for 10 g/L, current density for 95 mAcm-2, 0.48g NaCl. COD removal rate can reach to 76.8%when electrolyzed 65min under the optimum reaction condition.
