在普通高校极限飞盘选项课教学中，采用实验法、问卷调查法、文献资料法等研究方法，对比赛教学法和传统教学法进行对比研究。结果表明：比赛教学法较传统的教学方法更能调动学生的主动参与性，教学效果较传统教学方法有所提高。
재보통고교겁한비반선항과교학중，채용실험법、문권조사법、문헌자료법등연구방법，대비새교학법화전통교학법진행대비연구。결과표명：비새교학법교전통적교학방법경능조동학생적주동삼여성，교학효과교전통교학방법유소제고。
In the teaching of the elective course ultimate frisbee in regular University ,the author makes a contrastive study on the game teaching method and traditional teaching method by using the methods of literature data ,questionnaire ,experimental method and so on .The results show that :the game teaching method can better stimulate the students’ initiative and the teaching effect is superior to the traditional teaching method .
