不同型号石墨作为电动工具用锂离子电池负极材料在安全性测试中体现的性能有较大区别。通过对不同粒径的中间相炭微球与鳞片状人造石墨的比较,在其他工艺条件相同下制备的三种18650锂离子电池,测试其针刺、短路、过充性能以及安全性能方面存在的差异,得出结论,大粒径中间相炭微球制成的电池安全性相对较好。

The anode materials of Lithium-ion cell which are made of different types of graphite have distinct safety difference in lithium-ion cell’s safety test. This article compared three types of 18650 li-ion battery which are made by different particle size of carbonaceous mesophase spherules (CMS) and artificial flaky graphite as anode electrode at the same technical conditions, and test the three types batteries at safety tests such as nail penetrate, short circuit , overcharge. Then found the battery which is made by CMS with large particle size is relatively the best at battery safety performance.
