In recent years, the Lithium battery had developed rapidly, and has been playing an irreplaceable role in a variety of portable devices and tools. In this paper, the main components of Lithium-ion batteries, and related technologies of protection board, charger, also the battery assembly were analyzed in detail according to the DC cordless tools. In addition, the key parameters and test points in the production process were studied.
