介绍ISO9000族的相关知识并引入高等教育中来,将其八项基本原则与培养食品类人才有机地结合起来,全面与世界先进的管理理念接轨,既可满足高校自身的生存发展,提高教职工素质,推进民主管理;又在传统的教学及管理基础上改革创新;且能够为食品工业提供高素质应用型人才。
介紹ISO9000族的相關知識併引入高等教育中來,將其八項基本原則與培養食品類人纔有機地結閤起來,全麵與世界先進的管理理唸接軌,既可滿足高校自身的生存髮展,提高教職工素質,推進民主管理;又在傳統的教學及管理基礎上改革創新;且能夠為食品工業提供高素質應用型人纔。
개소ISO9000족적상관지식병인입고등교육중래,장기팔항기본원칙여배양식품류인재유궤지결합기래,전면여세계선진적관리이념접궤,기가만족고교자신적생존발전,제고교직공소질,추진민주관리;우재전통적교학급관리기출상개혁창신;차능구위식품공업제공고소질응용형인재。
The article gave a general introduction of the knowledge derived from the ISO9000 ,and led it into the higher education ,by applying its eight basic principles to the cultivation of talents in the field of Food Science ,In line with the world's advanced management theory more fully .It was suitable not only for the improvement of the staff qualities and the promotion of democratic management in the uni-versities ,but also for the reform and innovation on the basis of traditional teaching and managing sys-tem .Moreover ,it could also provide high -quality applied talents for Food industry .
