以丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为主原料,用反相微乳液聚合技术合成两性聚丙烯酰胺。研究了合成高分子量产物的工艺条件,结果表明,当引发剂用量为0.28%,单体浓度为48%,乳化剂用量为16.8%,油水质量比为1:1.2,反应温度为20℃时,所得的产物分子量最高。
以丙烯酰胺、丙烯痠和甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化銨為主原料,用反相微乳液聚閤技術閤成兩性聚丙烯酰胺。研究瞭閤成高分子量產物的工藝條件,結果錶明,噹引髮劑用量為0.28%,單體濃度為48%,乳化劑用量為16.8%,油水質量比為1:1.2,反應溫度為20℃時,所得的產物分子量最高。

ith acrylamide ,acrylic acidfor and methacrylatoethyle trimethyl ammonium chloride as the main raw material ,amphoteric polyacryl -amide is synthesized by inverse microemulsion poly -meriza-tion .The conditions of highe molecular weigh product were studied ,the results show that :when initia-tor dosage is 0 .28% ,monomer dosage is 48% ,emulsifier dosage is 16 .8% ,oil-water mass ratio is 1 :1 .2 ,reaction temperature is 20℃ ,we got the highe molecular weight of the product .
