考察了田基黄和马蹄菜提取物对DPPH自由基和羟自由基活性的清除能力,并且与多种抗氧化剂进行对照。结果显示,田基黄提取物清除DPPH自由基活性的能力大于香草酸和对香豆酸。马蹄菜提取物清除DPPH自由基活性的能力大于对香豆酸。田基黄、马蹄菜提取物和4种抗氧化剂清除羟自由基活性顺序为槲皮素>田基黄提取物>马蹄菜提取物>山奈酚>咖啡酸>芦丁。结果表明,田基黄和马蹄菜提取物是两种良好的天然抗氧化剂。
攷察瞭田基黃和馬蹄菜提取物對DPPH自由基和羥自由基活性的清除能力,併且與多種抗氧化劑進行對照。結果顯示,田基黃提取物清除DPPH自由基活性的能力大于香草痠和對香豆痠。馬蹄菜提取物清除DPPH自由基活性的能力大于對香豆痠。田基黃、馬蹄菜提取物和4種抗氧化劑清除羥自由基活性順序為槲皮素>田基黃提取物>馬蹄菜提取物>山奈酚>咖啡痠>蘆丁。結果錶明,田基黃和馬蹄菜提取物是兩種良好的天然抗氧化劑。

Studying on scavenging activities for DPPH free radical(DPPH·)and hydroxyl radical (· OH)of Hypericum Japonicum Thumb and Centella Asiatica,and comparing with multiple antioxidants are done.The results show that DPPH free radical scavenging activities of Hypericum Japonicum Thumb higheris higher than that of vanillic acid and P-coumaric acid.DPPH free radical scavenging activities of Centella Asiatica is higher than that of P-coumaric acid.The order of hydroxyl radical scavenging activities is in the sequence of quercetin,Hypericum Japonicum Thumb,Centella Asiatica,kaempferol,affeic acid, rutin.Hypericum Japonicum Thumb and Centella Asiatica are two good natural anti-oxidants.
