利用三维实体造型软件对绳轮式电动玻璃升降器进行三维建模,并导入多体动力学软件Recurdyn中,对其进行动力学仿真,获得了空载给定恒力作用下,滑块上升过程的接触力、位移及速度等各项参数,为电动玻璃升降器检测提供理论依据。
利用三維實體造型軟件對繩輪式電動玻璃升降器進行三維建模,併導入多體動力學軟件Recurdyn中,對其進行動力學倣真,穫得瞭空載給定恆力作用下,滑塊上升過程的接觸力、位移及速度等各項參數,為電動玻璃升降器檢測提供理論依據。

Three dimensional modeling of the rope type electric glass elevators is made by 3D solid modeling software, and it is intro-duced into the multi-body dynamics software Recurdyn, through dynamics simulation, some parameters such as contact force, displace-ment, velocity and so on are obtained when slider rises under the given no-load constant force, which provides a theoretical basis for the inspecting electric glass elevators.
