彭水是页岩气勘探开发的重点区块之一,其目的层龙马溪组在钻进过程中钻井液出现了大量漏失,造成重大的经济损失,延长了钻井周期。该区块主要漏失特点包括漏失量大、漏点多、漏失类型多样、堵漏时间长等,给堵漏工作带来了困难。针对该区块地层情况和漏失特点,现场制定了相应的堵漏办法。对于漏速在15 m3/h以下的微小漏失,主要以随钻堵漏技术为主;漏速在20~40 m3/h的中型漏失,采取桥接材料结合静止方式堵漏;漏速>40 m3/h的大型漏失,采取特殊堵漏剂配方堵漏;对于裂缝连续发育且漏失方式多样的地层,采取复合式堵漏,结合多种堵漏配方和堵漏方法进行堵漏。通过该区块4口井堵漏技术的实施,为后续彭水区块龙马溪组作业中的防漏堵漏工作提供重要的借鉴和技术支撑。

Pengshui area is one of the key shale gas exploration and development areas. That its target layer, Longmaxi formation, has large leakage of drilling fluid in the drilling process, causing significant economic losses and prolonging the drilling cycle. The main leakage characteristics including large leakage, numerous leakage points, various types of leakage and long sealing time bring great difficulties to sealing. Aiming at the formation situation and the leakage characteristics, the corresponding sealing measures were made in the field. When the leakage speed is less than 15 m3/h, taking sealing while drilling technology; when the leakage speed is between 20 and 40 m3/h, using bridging material combined with quiescent sealing; when the leakage speed is more than 40 m3/h, sealing with special sealing agent. Compound sealing is used for the developed fracture formation with multiple leakage ways, which is combined with various sealing formula and sealing methods. The sealing experience and technologies of these 4 wells pro-vide important reference and technical support for the further loss prevention and sealing of Longmaxi formation in Pengshui area.
