车轴二次正火后采用高压空气经特制喷嘴吹到工件表面,通过控制喷管出口风速来控制车轴正火后冷却速度,解决了由于季节性温度差异造成的车轴正火空冷性能不稳定的问题。

To the problem of the unstable performance of the normalized train shafts due to seasonal temperature difference ,a control cooling technology was proposed .The compressed air was blown onto the surface of train shafts after secondary nomalizing ,the cooling rate of the nomalized shafts was controlled by adjusting the air velocity on the nozzle outlet ,and the problem was solved .
