选用杨木P-RC APM P为原料,打浆至68°SR后利用SWECO圆形振动筛筛分出三个类别(P200、P300、P400)的细小纤维,观察其形态,测定黏度、比沉降容积、表面电荷等参数,研究了不同P-RC APM P细小纤维筛分组分对纸张性能的影响。结果表明:筛网目数越高,所得细小纤维的表面电荷、粘度和丝状组分含量越高。筛网目数越高的细小纤维,所得纸张的松厚度、透气度和不透明度越低,而强度性能越高。
選用楊木P-RC APM P為原料,打漿至68°SR後利用SWECO圓形振動篩篩分齣三箇類彆(P200、P300、P400)的細小纖維,觀察其形態,測定黏度、比沉降容積、錶麵電荷等參數,研究瞭不同P-RC APM P細小纖維篩分組分對紙張性能的影響。結果錶明:篩網目數越高,所得細小纖維的錶麵電荷、粘度和絲狀組分含量越高。篩網目數越高的細小纖維,所得紙張的鬆厚度、透氣度和不透明度越低,而彊度性能越高。
선용양목P-RC APM P위원료,타장지68°SR후이용SWECO원형진동사사분출삼개유별(P200、P300、P400)적세소섬유,관찰기형태,측정점도、비침강용적、표면전하등삼수,연구료불동P-RC APM P세소섬유사분조분대지장성능적영향。결과표명:사망목수월고,소득세소섬유적표면전하、점도화사상조분함량월고。사망목수월고적세소섬유,소득지장적송후도、투기도화불투명도월저,이강도성능월고。
Poplar P-RC APM P was beated to 68 °SR for generating fines and SWECO was used for collecting fines (P200 ,P300 ,P400) ,its morphology ,viscosity ,relative sediment volume ,surface charge were studied ,the effects of different P-RC APM P fines sub-fractions on handsheet properties were studied .The result showed that ,the surface charge ,viscosity and relative sediment volume of fines which classified on SWECO would increased with the increasing screen meshes .The higher density of screen meshes is ,the lower of handsheet bulk ,air permeability and opacity are .
