拉弯矫直机工艺参数是影响矫直和破鳞效果的重要因素。通过研究拉弯矫直机的张力辊和弯曲辊的破鳞机理，结合拉伸、弯曲氧化铁皮剥落试验，发现弯曲作用比拉伸作用破鳞效果更好，且减小弯曲辊直径更能够显著提高拉弯矫直机除鳞效果。通过研究可对有效破鳞提供依据，对拉弯矫直机的结构设计和工艺参数的设定提供参考。

The process parameters of tension-bending leveler are important for straightening and descaling .In this paper ,the descaling theory was researched combining with the experiment on spalling oxide scale by stretching and bending .It demonstrated that bending was better than stretching on descaling and the smaller bending roll diameter could improve the effect of descaling significantly .The result can be used as basis for descaling .It can be used as reference for tension-bending leveler design and process choosing .
