西藏和平解放初期，西藏上层普遍对《十七条协议》不理解，对解放军的到来疑虑重重。为消除隔阂，增进了解，打开工作局面，进藏部队和工作人员主要采取了“来来往往，吃吃喝喝”的方式团结争取西藏上层。这一独特的统战方式符合西藏实际，实质是“情感”统战。它看似轻松，实则充满艰辛；貌似简单，实则需要智慧；虽显琐屑，却功效显著。从实际出发，从情感入手，是这一统战方式成功的关键，也是它留给我们的当代启示。
서장화평해방초기，서장상층보편대《십칠조협의》불리해，대해방군적도래의필중중。위소제격애，증진료해，타개공작국면，진장부대화공작인원주요채취료“래래왕왕，흘흘갈갈”적방식단결쟁취서장상층。저일독특적통전방식부합서장실제，실질시“정감”통전。타간사경송，실칙충만간신；모사간단，실칙수요지혜；수현쇄설，각공효현저。종실제출발，종정감입수，시저일통전방식성공적관건，야시타류급아문적당대계시。
At the preliminary stage of the peaceful liberation of Tibet, upper strata in Tibet who remained suspicion and mistrust on the arrival of the PLA did not comprehend the“Seventeen Article Agreement”generally. For the cooperation of the upper strata in Tibet ,Tibet-bound troops and the staff took the way“coming and going; eating and drinking”to eliminate barriers and misunderstanding and achieve opening gambit of the work. The essence of this unique way is“Emotion”united front which accorded with the reality of Tibet. It seems easy and trivial but actually was full of hardships. Intelligence was needed and effects were remarkable. The enlightenment is that reality and emotion are both keys to united front works.
