针对2010年以来中国多数中小纺织企业因销售困难而出现业绩下滑的现状，在对山东德隆纺织（汶上）公司和山东邹城健泰纺织公司进行调研的基础上，文章提出了新的中小企业划分方法，然后按照 V-I-E 框架的思维方法对企业内外部、企业经营战略等问题进行了分析，并据此对外贸依赖型纺织行业中小企业的生存提出了相关建议。

Aiming at the performance decrease for the difficulty on sales in small and middle -sized enterpri-ses since 2010 , a new method to mark off small and medium -sized enterprises has been raised on the basis of the investigation and research on Delong Textile Co ., Ltd and Zoucheng Jiantai Textile Co ., Ltd.Then the article deeply analyzes the enterprises'inside and outside situation and its operating strategy .According to these, some new practical and workable suggestions have been put forward for the survival of the export rel-ying small and medium -sized enterprises.
