高校作为我国宣传与贯彻科学发展观的主要阵地之一，如何推动我国高校科学发展，办好人民满意的教育，笔者认为要努力建设“生态高校”，着力培育高校生态主体（各级管理人员和师生等）的生态文明观，建设美丽中国，实现我国高校的教育梦，进而实现人民的教育梦即中国的教育梦。
고교작위아국선전여관철과학발전관적주요진지지일，여하추동아국고교과학발전，판호인민만의적교육，필자인위요노력건설“생태고교”，착력배육고교생태주체（각급관리인원화사생등）적생태문명관，건설미려중국，실현아국고교적교육몽，진이실현인민적교육몽즉중국적교육몽。
College and university are one of main positions to publicize and carry out the Scientific Development View. The present author holds that in order to promote scientific development of the universities in our country and make the education to meet the needs of the people, special efforts shall be made to construct“Ecological College”and to cultivate the ecological civilization view of university ecological beings (management personnel, teachers and students) so that a beautiful China can be built up and the universities’ education dream can be realized. At last the people’s education dream, that is, the China’s education dream can be realized.
