目的:检测大肠癌组织中Mina53与Mel-18蛋白的表达。方法:采用免疫组化法分别检测60例大肠癌及相应癌旁正常大肠黏膜组织中Mina53与Mel-18蛋白的表达。结果:大肠癌及相应癌旁正常大肠黏膜组织中Mi-na53蛋白的阳性表达率分别为60.0%和0%,Mel-18蛋白的阳性表达率分别为31.7%和61.7%,2组间相比差异均有统计学意义(χ2=34.028、7.043, P均<0.05)。大肠癌组织中Mina53、Mel-18蛋白的表达与患者的性别、年龄无关(P均>0.05),而与肿瘤的浸润深度、淋巴结转移及分化程度有关(P均<0.05)。大肠癌组织中Mina53与Mel-18蛋白的表达呈负关联(rP =-0.557,P<0.001)。结论:Mina53与Mel-18的异常表达可能在大肠癌的发生发展中起重要作用。
目的:檢測大腸癌組織中Mina53與Mel-18蛋白的錶達。方法:採用免疫組化法分彆檢測60例大腸癌及相應癌徬正常大腸黏膜組織中Mina53與Mel-18蛋白的錶達。結果:大腸癌及相應癌徬正常大腸黏膜組織中Mi-na53蛋白的暘性錶達率分彆為60.0%和0%,Mel-18蛋白的暘性錶達率分彆為31.7%和61.7%,2組間相比差異均有統計學意義(χ2=34.028、7.043, P均<0.05)。大腸癌組織中Mina53、Mel-18蛋白的錶達與患者的性彆、年齡無關(P均>0.05),而與腫瘤的浸潤深度、淋巴結轉移及分化程度有關(P均<0.05)。大腸癌組織中Mina53與Mel-18蛋白的錶達呈負關聯(rP =-0.557,P<0.001)。結論:Mina53與Mel-18的異常錶達可能在大腸癌的髮生髮展中起重要作用。
목적:검측대장암조직중Mina53여Mel-18단백적표체。방법:채용면역조화법분별검측60례대장암급상응암방정상대장점막조직중Mina53여Mel-18단백적표체。결과:대장암급상응암방정상대장점막조직중Mi-na53단백적양성표체솔분별위60.0%화0%,Mel-18단백적양성표체솔분별위31.7%화61.7%,2조간상비차이균유통계학의의(χ2=34.028、7.043, P균<0.05)。대장암조직중Mina53、Mel-18단백적표체여환자적성별、년령무관(P균>0.05),이여종류적침윤심도、림파결전이급분화정도유관(P균<0.05)。대장암조직중Mina53여Mel-18단백적표체정부관련(rP =-0.557,P<0.001)。결론:Mina53여Mel-18적이상표체가능재대장암적발생발전중기중요작용。
Aim:To investigate the expressions of Mina 53 and Mel-18 proteins in colorectal carcinoma tissue .Meth-ods:The expressions of Mina53 and Mel-18 proteins were detected by immunohistochemistry in 60 colorectal carcinoma specimens and 60 normal colorectal mucosa specimens .Results:The positive expression rate of Mina 53 in colorectal carci-noma and normal colorectal mucosa tissue was 60.0% and 0%,and that of Mel-18 was 31.7% and 61.7%, and there were significant differences(χ2 =34.028,7.043, P<0.05).The expressions of Mina53 and Mel-18 proteins were associ-ated with tumor infiltration depth, lymph node metastasis and tumor differentiation in colorectal carcinoma (P<0.05),but not with age or gender(P>0.05).A negative association was noted between the expression of Mina 53 and that of Mel-18 in colorectal carcinoma tissue(rP =-0.557,P<0.001).Conclusion: The imbalance of Mina53 and Mel-18 expression may play an important role in the carcinogenesis and development of colorectal carcinoma .
