The new digital technology has been widely used in the fields of public communication , which is a warning to the tra-ditional newspaper industry .The Seattle-Post Intelligencer stopped its publication in the year of 2009 .It indicated that the tradi-tional daily newspaper is facing a challenge if they don ’ t take actions to change .if we take a positive actions to form a new concept of newspaper , which can adapt to the process of media convergence .This paper is to provide some suggestions to the newspaper in-dustry transformation and to strengthenthe competences in the medium service market .
