针对某微型汽车布置空间不足的问题,提出了倾斜布置液压感载比例阀方案。通过对液压感载比例阀工作原理的分析,建立了倾斜布置感载比例阀时拐点与后桥相对位移之间的关系,分析了垂直布置与倾斜布置的误差,从而得出倾斜布置方案可以满足实际需要的结论。最后对两种布置方案进行了台架试验,试验结果与计算结果一致。

To solve the problem of insufficient space in a mini car, a tilting arrangement plan for hydraulic load sensing proportioning valve is proposed. Based on the analysis of working principle of the proportioning valve, the relationship between hydraulic knee point of load sensing proportioning valve and relative displacement of rear axle is established, the error between the vertical arrangement and the tilted arrangement is analyzed, then, the conclusion that the tilted arrangement plan can meet the actual requirement is made. Finally, the bench test for two layouts is carried out, which shows the consistency between the calculation results and the experiment results. The method has practical guiding significance for load sensing proportioning valve layout design.
