了解军医大学临床医学专业八年制学生批判性思维能力的现状和制约因素,为高等医学教育改革提供依据。利用批判性思维能力测量表( CTDI-CV)对2009-2012级81名八年制医学生进行调查,结果医学生的批判性思维能力平均总分231.10±26.68分,表明批判性思维倾向均处于矛盾范围,各年级之间没有显著性差异。7个特质中认知成熟度表现为正性特质(>40分),其余均特质偏弱(<40分),自信心最弱(28.62±6.12分)。传统的教学模式和缺乏批判性思维培训可能是制约医学生的批判性思维能力的主要因素。

To understand the status of critical thinking skills and constraints of eight -year medical students in military medical university and provide the basis for higher medical education reform .Critical thinking skills meter ( CTDI-CV) was used to investigate 81 eight-year medical students from 2009 to 2012 grade.Of 81 students the average total score of critical thinking skills was 231 .10 ±26 .68 , indicating that the critical thinking tendencies were in contradiction .There was no significant difference between all grades .Among seven dispositions , only their cognitive maturity had positive quality (>40 ) , and the rest dispositions were weak (<40 ) .Their self-confidence was the weakest disposition (28.62 ±6.12).Traditional teaching methods and lack of critical thinking training may be the major restricting factors .
