The article discussed the construction and development of military medium -small-scale hospi-tal under the new situation from the following six aspects , so as to improve the overall support capability , service quality and technical level .Firstly, establishing a solid ideological foundation of wining the war .Secondly, imple-menting the unification of training and support , carrying out three expansions to improve medical support ability . Thirdly, coping with combat medical aid based on peacetime medical service .Fourthly, keeping on the combina-tion of peacetime and wartime performance evaluation .Fifthly, promoting special technique level by scientific re-search.Sixthly, ensuring economic management running in the sun .
