为探求适于甜菜夜蛾生物防治的新型农药,系统研究了银杏酚酸对甜菜夜蛾的生物活性及作用方式。结果表明,银杏酚酸对甜菜夜蛾的作用方式有多种,包括胃毒、触杀、拒食、内吸等,其中以拒食作用最为显著。胃毒和触杀作用方式随着处理时间的延长,杀虫效果增强,1d后甜菜夜蛾幼虫死亡率普遍较低,0.1 g/L质量浓度下的胃毒效果为28.3%,触杀效果为6.7%;而6 d后的胃毒效果达96.7%,触杀效果达93.3%。拒食作用在用药2 d后即开始表现,且效果随着药物质量浓度的升高明显提高,用药4 d后,甜菜夜蛾在3 mg/L质量浓度下的拒食率达97.12%,其机制可能是干扰试虫的正常蜕皮和影响成虫的羽化。田间喷施银杏酚酸100倍、200倍、400倍液,7 d后防治效果分别为95.2%、85.7%和59.3%。表明银杏酚酸对甜菜夜蛾有较高的生物活性和理想的控制效果。

Biological activity and functional pattern of ginkgolic acids on Spodoptera exigua (Hübner) were systematically studied .Ginkgolic acids had many functional patterns against Spo-doptera exigua such as stomach poisoning ,contacting toxicity ,anti-feeding and systemic effect etc .,in which the anti-feeding effect was the most significant .The stomach poisoning and contac-ting toxicity experiment showed that the morality was low at 1 day after the treatment .The effects of stomach poisoning and the contacting toxicity were 28 .3% and 6 .7% ,respectively , when ginkgolic acids were diluted to 0 .1 g/L .But the effects increased at 6 days after the treat-ment ,with stomach poisoning and the contacting toxicity effects reaching 96 .7% and 93 .3% ,re-spectively .The anti-feeding effect appeared at 2 days after the experiment ,and with the concen-tration of ginkgolic acids increased ,the effect increased obviously .The anti-feeding effect was 97.12% at 4 days after the experiment when ginkgolic acids were diluted to 3 mg/L .The effect mechanism was isturbing the moulting and eclosion of insects .The control effects reached 95.2% ,85 .7% and 59 .3% at 7 days after spraying ginkgolic acids diluted at 100 ,200 ,400 times in the fields .It suggested that ginkgolic acids had higher biological activity and control efficacy against Spodoptera exigua .
