以多菌灵为试验污染物,检测了蚯蚓急性染毒后体内抗氧化酶活性的变化,以研究多菌灵质量浓度与蚯蚓体内抗氧化酶活性之间的剂量效应关系,为探讨多菌灵的安全使用及其对相关动物的毒害程度积累基础资料。结果表明:急性染毒48 h后,蚯蚓体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD )、过氧化物酶(POD )、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GS H Px )活性对多菌灵响应不同。与空白对照组相比,低质量浓度(0.75 g/L )的多菌灵对GS H Px活性起抑制作用,但随着质量浓度的增加,多菌灵起诱导促进作用,且高质量浓度的诱导促进程度比低质量浓度的差;不同质量浓度的多菌灵对SOD活性均起诱导促进作用,但高质量浓度的诱导促进程度比低质量浓度的差;除一定质量浓度(1.25 g/L )的多菌灵对POD活性起诱导促进作用外,多数情况下多菌灵对POD活性起抑制作用,并且高质量浓度的抑制作用比低质量浓度强。SOD对多菌灵的影响反应敏感,GS H Px次之,POD最弱。
以多菌靈為試驗汙染物,檢測瞭蚯蚓急性染毒後體內抗氧化酶活性的變化,以研究多菌靈質量濃度與蚯蚓體內抗氧化酶活性之間的劑量效應關繫,為探討多菌靈的安全使用及其對相關動物的毒害程度積纍基礎資料。結果錶明:急性染毒48 h後,蚯蚓體內超氧化物歧化酶(SOD )、過氧化物酶(POD )、穀胱甘肽過氧化物酶(GS H Px )活性對多菌靈響應不同。與空白對照組相比,低質量濃度(0.75 g/L )的多菌靈對GS H Px活性起抑製作用,但隨著質量濃度的增加,多菌靈起誘導促進作用,且高質量濃度的誘導促進程度比低質量濃度的差;不同質量濃度的多菌靈對SOD活性均起誘導促進作用,但高質量濃度的誘導促進程度比低質量濃度的差;除一定質量濃度(1.25 g/L )的多菌靈對POD活性起誘導促進作用外,多數情況下多菌靈對POD活性起抑製作用,併且高質量濃度的抑製作用比低質量濃度彊。SOD對多菌靈的影響反應敏感,GS H Px次之,POD最弱。
이다균령위시험오염물,검측료구인급성염독후체내항양화매활성적변화,이연구다균령질량농도여구인체내항양화매활성지간적제량효응관계,위탐토다균령적안전사용급기대상관동물적독해정도적루기출자료。결과표명:급성염독48 h후,구인체내초양화물기화매(SOD )、과양화물매(POD )、곡광감태과양화물매(GS H Px )활성대다균령향응불동。여공백대조조상비,저질량농도(0.75 g/L )적다균령대GS H Px활성기억제작용,단수착질량농도적증가,다균령기유도촉진작용,차고질량농도적유도촉진정도비저질량농도적차;불동질량농도적다균령대SOD활성균기유도촉진작용,단고질량농도적유도촉진정도비저질량농도적차;제일정질량농도(1.25 g/L )적다균령대POD활성기유도촉진작용외,다수정황하다균령대POD활성기억제작용,병차고질량농도적억제작용비저질량농도강。SOD대다균령적영향반응민감,GS H Px차지,POD최약。
In order to explore the dose-response relationship between the carbendazim mass con-centration and antioxidant enzyme activities of earthworms ,and to accumulate data for exploring the safe use of carbendazim ,the changes of antioxidant enzyme activities of earthworms after acute exposure to carbendazim were determined .The experimental results showed that the re-sponse of superoxide dismutase (SOD) ,peroxidase (POD) ,and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px) in earthworms to carbendazim was different 48 h after acute exposure .Compared with the control group ,the certain low mass concentration of carbendazim had an inhibition effect on GSH-Px ac-tivity .However ,with the increase of the mass concentration of carbendazim ,it had a promotion on GSH-Px activity ,but the promotion of high mass concentration was lower than the low mass con-centration .Different concentrations of carbendazim all promoted SOD activity ,and the promotion of high mass concentration was lower than the low mass concentration .Except that the certain mass concentration of carbendazim (1 .25 g/L ) induced POD activity ,carbendazim had an inhibi-tion effect on POD ,and the inhibitory effect of high concentration was stronger than the low con-centration .Besides ,SOD was sensitive to the influence of carbendazim ,followed by GSH Px ,and POD w as w eakest .
